K&R Buffalo began as a two-person rental office on High Street. Owners kept asking us to sell the buildings we managed, and buyers kept asking who would look after the property once they had it. So we built both teams and put them in the same room.

Today our brokers advise buyers, sellers and investors, while our management team handles leasing, rent, maintenance and inspections for hundreds of homes across the city and the North Shore.

We're deliberately mid-sized: big enough to have in-house maintenance coordination and marketing, small enough that you know the name of the person handling your property.
